Initially the icon of a window, that is minmized to the tray, will not be shown in the visible notification area, it is placed in the hidden area. You always have to drag and drop the icon to the visible part of the notification area, also after a restart oft the program. Unfortunately it does not help if the icon is set to visible in the Windows settings for the notification area. This is very cumbersome and annoying. Can you add an general and specific option "Always show icon in the notification area"?

We'll consider your request.
Do you mean that the "Select which icons appear on the taskbar" section settings have no influence on the icons (right-clicking the taskbar > Settings > Scroll down to the “Notification Area” section and click the “Select which icons appear on the taskbar”)? The icons set to “On” should appear on the taskbar.
Best regards.
