A bit of a strange request. People with touch tables (I know, not exactly a huge market) could really use the ability to rotate a window in 90 degree increments. That way people on other sides of the table can rotate a window so it's right side up with regards to themselves. Maybe even add an option to Desktop Divider to set default orientation.
