Using Actual Multiple Monitors 8.2.2, and Windows 8.1. In the Taskbar options, I have Mode set to Individual, the "Replace the primary Taskbar" option is unchecked, and the "Replace the system Task Switcher" option is unchecked. With these options, the Windows task switcher cannot see windows on the secondary taskbar.

I'm sorry to spread misinformation in my previous post. This problem had been reported , and Actual Multiple Monitors Task Switcher was implemented to solve it. Please enable it in your Actual Multiple Monitors to solve this problem.

The problem with that is I am specifically replacing the Windows task switcher in order to have icons instead of thumbnails: . If you can incorporate something like this into your task switcher then we'll be in business.
A more general problem is that replacing the task switcher entirely disables tweaking of the task switcher, and there are several programs which do this, and are now incompatible with Actual Multiple Monitors. For example:
