I often work in the VB6 IDE, which doesn't support the use of the mouse scroll wheel. I have set VB6 in Actual Windows Manager so that a mouse scroll button helper program is started when VB6 starts (under "Startup"). It would be useful if I could set up AWM to close the helper program when VB6 closes (or, if AWM could start another program when VB6 closes, I could run another utility that closes the helper program).
