Small but useful feature would be to add a delay to window options. For example, the game doesn't render mouse position correctly if window borders are removed before/at the time the window appears, but it is fine if I enable window options after the game window appears for a a few seconds.

On a 2nd thought, a hotkey would work as well, though less convenient. Would be nice to have a global hotkey to remove/add borders from/to active window.
