Add a Title Button that turns of the monitor or possibly two buttons, one that turns off the current monitor and another that turns off all monitors.
I currently use the Dekisoft Monitor Off Utility for this. It puts an icon in the tray that turns off the monitor. I use it when I'm going to be away from the computer for awhile. I've also got a timer set in Windows' Power Options control panel, but I prefer to turn the monitor off immediately when going away from the computer (if I remember to) rather than waiting for the timer.
Adding a monitor off button to AWM would allow me to eliminate a separate utility for this purpose.
