You surely have to drag that Icon in the Exclusion section of Actual software towards that button that Microsoft shows inside the taskbar. If you don't, well you know, it gets hooked, and hooking that Icon, just exclude it by dragging the Icon in the Exclusion section towards exactly that Microsoft Multiple Desktop and since Windows 10 version 18.03 Timeline button. After that I had no more worries. But as you know, Microsoft changes a lot every time in Windows 10.
