When using the hands tool the cursor stays the same. It would be nice if it changed to a hand when the hand tool is used. This would be similar to the behaviour of the Firefox add-on . And maybe there are some other good ideas in that add-on you may want to look at (f.i. “Momentum” which keeps the page scrolling until you stop it).
