I use WindowBlinds which causes my "second taskbar" to paint incorrectly and a lot of the UI elements end up in the wrong place.

Sure, star-menu (as it should be)
BTW, the upload size of 50k is a bit on the small side have to resize the images to fit that :/

What version of windowblinds do you have?
What theme do you use?
Does the multi-monitor Taskbar paint correctly with other windowblinds themes?
