I'd like to be able to shift right click on a window edge and have it `stretch` as far as possible without overlapping another window. Expand to surrounds basically. A `Tiling Stretch`
Also I'd like a `snap to grid` key to make accurate manual resizing of windows quicker/easier.
It would good be have a quick resize/stretch key like the quick settings but was only focused on resize/stretch. When enabled it would automatically shift mouse cursor to center of dialog.
Instead of having two sets of 9 buttons, just use hot-key modifiers.
Less mouse movement = quicker.

What I mean (very late at night and stupid) was
*align*/stretch not resize/stretch

I agree a snap to grid and snap to desktop sides would be useful

Ray, thank you for your opinion. Glad to announce that the window snapping service will be extended in the next version 5.5: we plan to implement the snapping of mouse-dragged window to desktop/monitor borders, to borders of other windows and, possibly, to the grid with customizable cell size. Everyone will be able to test this service in one of upcoming beta versions.
