This came to mind after playing with the new 'Drag a maximised window to restore' in 5.4b1. What would be really cool is if, while dragging a window, you could spin the scroll wheel on the mouse and have the window grow and shrink (maintaining aspect ratio), so you could size and position it in one mouse action, rather than the somewhat tedious 'drag title bar, drag corner handles' iteration which is normally needed.
