This would be an optional mode combining Group Size/Drag and Desktop Divider.
If a window edge that is snapped to a desktop divider bar is resized, then the divider bar itself would be moved with the window edge and all other windows snapped to that divider bar also adjusted. This would give desktop behaviour more congruent with tiling within an application.
