The clipboard templates feature would be a lot more useful if it had some simple text substitution macros. For example:
Date and Time in various formats.
The internet address of the computer.
The computer name.
The standard directory paths on the current computer (e.g, Desktop, Downloads etc.)
A GUID (useful for generating unique filenames).
The current clipboard content.
I'm sure people can think of some more!
