AWM should have option to "scroll window under mouse pointer" and "activate window under pointer after xx mili seconds" and "bring to front after xx mili seconds"

AWM already has an option to "scroll window under mouse pointer":
It is called "Scroll inactive windows with the mouse wheel" and is located in the "Mouse"-tab.
The other two features would be a nice addition to AWM.

Hello gentlemen,
This feature has been implemented in the current 8.1 version of Actual Window Manager (download link - ).
Actual Window Manager -> Mouse -> Options -> Activate window on mouse hover.
