I installed Actual Multiple Monitors 5.1 Beta 2 and went in configuration, opened the "Window Settings" tab, clicked on "Specific Settings" and selected the "Chrome" application. (I want Chrome to always go to the selected tile at startup).
When I click on the "Startup" tab the configuration tool freezes and I have to close it (it becomes unresponsive).
I tried to delete my existing "Specific Settings", save, close, restart, create a new one. A soon as I click the startup tab the configuration program hangs.
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits, I have two sets of "desktop divider" and I switched between the two based on the work I'm doing.
Is there some additional information I can provide to help you debug the issue ?

For now you can test the feature in the latest beta of Actual Window Manager.

Yes I saw your reply, thanks.
For the moment I'll be waiting for a new beta of AMM. I don't have time to setup AWM which I'm not familiar with (and I only have a license for AMM). Keep me informed when a new beta of AMM is available.

I installed version AMM 5.1, it is excellent !
I can now have a default tile for my serial console terminals / browser
/ pdf reader / virtual machine / ide, etc :)Testing the "put in tile" at
startup feature I think there is something that is either not working or not
implemented that I would really like to have. (yeah another one of this
difficult customer haha)
I have different tasks I have to do through the day. For each task I
have a different tile layout which allows me to work efficiently.
At the moment I apparently can't set a different startup tile depending
in which tile layout I'm in.  Additionnaly it would be nice if the
startup conditions were re-evaluated when I switch tile layout so all
my windows move to the right location automagically.
What do you think ?
