When AWM is active and I close Speedcommander (and the integrated Speedview or Filesearch of Speedcommander) then I always get a crash and a error that the programm (Speedcommander, Filesearch or Speedview) not work. I can send a error report.
When AWM is not active I don'get the error.
Do you can help me?

Hello,
We'll try to reproduce the crash, but to do this we need to know some details.
Please specify which version of SpeedCommander you have. What version of Windows is installed on your computer.
Does the crash only occur with the recent version of AWM? Have you ever seen this problem with AWM 5.x?

Hi,
I use AWM 6 and Speedcommander 13.10. Then I use Win 7 64 bit. Because I have a complete new laptop I never tried the version AWM 5 with Speedcommander.
I try to save the error report and the I can send this to you.

I'm afraid we cannot reproduce the crash.
Could you please use the Problem Steps Recorder tool to record the actions in Filesearch which can cause the crash, and send us the recorded file?
A step-by-step guide can be found .
The problem can possibly be caused by some 3rd party software. What antivirus and firewall do you have? Are there any other automatically loaded utilities?

I use the windows firewall and norton antivirus. Then I use some other programs (PhraseExpress and other tools) but the programs should not be the problem or? I have closed all unimportant backgorund process and the problem always exists.
I try to use the steüs recorder.

I also get the error when the actual tools program is loaded but stopped. Only when actual window manager is completly closed I get no error.

Hello,
Please try to disable any Windows Rules you have for the Speedcommander's windows (if you have any such rules), and then add two new Exlusion with the settings depicted in screenshots below.
Will these exlusions help?

Good Morning,
the rules doesn't work. When AWM is stopped the the error is also existent. Only when the program is closed I don't get a error.
A new installation of the program has not worked.
