Hi, I've tried getting in contact for a week now.
I"m trying to input my license but the registration name is greyed out. I've tried restarting, uninstalling, etc etc etc...
I've sent many emails and tried contacting via the website.
Please help.
I cannot use the software.

Sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Please exit the program completely, open the Registry editor (Win+R, then type "regedit" without quotes and press enter) and navigate to the subkey:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Actual Tools\Actual Virtual Desktops
Delete the parameters SerialNumber8 and UserName8.
Then delete the same parameters in this subkey:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Actual Tools\Actual Virtual Desktops
Start the program and enter the registration information.

All registered and ready to go.
