I have purchased actual multiple monitors through steam, but I also which to use this product on my workstation at work, and I do not want to download steam on this computer.

Can I use my license without installing steam please?

Unfortunately, the Steam Actual Multiple Monitors license agreement allows only installation via the Steam client.
