So here is my issue. I have three screens, a SONY TV, a Dell monitor, and a Samsung monitor. AMM stores these monitors in the order they are listed, Sony 1, Dell 2, and Samsung 3. The problem is that when the SONY TV is off, the two monitors move up in the queue and become screen 1 and 2 in AMM. As you can see from the screenshot, the monitors are identified as 1 and 2, but they stored in the profile (in the background) as 2 and 3. This obviously creates an incredible mess with my built-in profiles. So basically the profiles only work when the Sony TV is on, which is not ideal. I don't see how the TV being on or not should matter, but then again I am a noob at this.
I'd greatly appreciate anyone than can help me with this.

Hello, Brett
What OS are you running (version, 32- or 64-bit)?
What version of AMM are you running?
Via what interfaces do you connect your monitors (DVI, HDMI etc)?
How exactly do you disable the TV: disconnect it physically or just turn the power off?
Could you send us screenshots of the AMM Monitors Layout and Settings tab before and after disabling of the Sony TV and screenshots of the Windows Screen Resolution settings before and after disabling of the Sony TV.
Could you also send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (Configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support) before and after disabling of the Sony TV. Please, add a link to this topis to the email.
Best regards.
