Hello,
Normally I have my primary taskbar with icons on my secondary monitor. But this weekend I fired up my laptop up without the second monitor so everything went to the primary monitor.
So now that I have my secondary back, the taskbar stays on the primary.
I'm using Win 7 32bit

Hello, Travis.
Was the secondary (external) monitor set as main in the Screen Resolution settings of Windows?
Try to make it main display (Windows Screen Resolution settings> Click on the external monitor > Check the "Make this my main display" option), see whether it helps.
