Actual Window Manager taskbar:
Displays fine on Windows native taskbar.
Can you confirm the issue?
Tested on Windows 8 x64 + AWM 8.4.

Thanks for the post.
The Perfgraph toolbar looks the same in all taskbars (native and multi-monitor) on my Windows 8 x64 test machine. Please send us a screenshot of the Perfgraph Configuration window.

It is almost default config, there is no much other options than colors:

Please unlock the multi-monitor taskbar (right mouse button click on the taskbar -> Lock the taskbar), increase the Perfgraph toolbar's size using grips (sizing borders) and send a screenshot of the toolbar again.
