Hello,
I have a user that has AMM 8.2.2 installed with Adobe Reader 11 and the menu bar does not show. I have tried uninstalling AMM. Tried installed different versions of AMM. I also tried uninstalling adobe reader and tried installing the new version Adobe Reader DC and still does not appear. But it does show up fine for all the other appilcations on the system.
Windows 7 4 bit
Any ideas?

Hello Antonio,
Thanks for the post.
Could you try to turn off the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" option (Adobe Reader -> Edit -> Preferences -> Security (Enhanced)), re-run Adobe Reader and check whether the problem still persists or not?
