With "Scroll inactive windows with the mouse wheel" feature enabled, I see a small glitch when the scroll is reaching the end.
Check screencasts bellow:
- AdiIRC 1.9
- mIRC 7.29
Not all software are affected, confirmed here with Windows Explorer, Notepad2, AdiIRC, WinRar and more..
I hope your team can find a solution for this tiny issue.
