I just purchased the software and it worked fine the day I installed it. Today, when I boot my laptop with the 2nd monitor on, I see the Start Windows (flying Windows graphic) on both monitors and then as the boot routine continues the second monitor goes into sleep mode. I'm not aware of changing any settings.

Hello Carole.
Is Actual Multiple Monitors set up to autostart?
Do you use the Desktop Profiles feature?
Is your 2nd monitor shown at the Windows resolution tab and the Multiple Monitors > Monitors Layout and settings tab. Did you try to enable it?
Could you send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool?
