New to Actual Multiple Monitors and have been struggling for the past 2 days trying to get things going. Here is what I am working with:
OS: Windows 8 Professional x64 RTM Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6
Monitors:
4 each ASUS VE278Q - connected via DisplayPort cables 2 each ASUS VE258Q - connected via DisplayPort cables
What I would like to do is use the two VE258Q monitors for email, web browsing, Excel, Word etc. and use the four VE278Q monitors for SQL programming via RDP to any one of several remote SQL servers. So for example:
VE278Q #1 with VE278Q #2 extended as "RDP SQL #1" display VE278Q #3 with VE278Q #4 extended as "RDP SQL #2" display
VE258Q #1 with VE258Q extended for Outlook, Excel, Word, web browsing etc.
I have the four VE278Q monitors up and running as a single desktop right now. As soon as I power the VE258Q monitors the system makes all six monitors duplicates of the primary.
I have gone through the online manual without any luck and at this point I do not know what I'm doing wrong, assuming that Actual Multiple Monitors can be configured to do what I need it to do.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated so thank you in advance.

Hello Carl.
Please send us your configuration files using the "Send to Tech Support" tool.
One configuration when you have only 4 monitors VE278Q enabled and other when you have all six monitors enabled.

Thank you for the reply. I have sent both configurations using the "Send to Tech Support" tool as instructed.

You can make a backup of your configuration (the button is on the same tab as "Send to...") and send it to support@actualtools.com manually.
What email applications failed to create the email besides Outlook 2013? Does it happen with all email applications?

Sent these files to you several weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Is there any resolution to this or ???

What is your email server? Have you received any notification letters from your email server support about problems with sending email?

No bounce notices on any email to both the support@ or the info@ email addresses for you. Email is hosted by GoDaddy.
