One big annoyance since windows xp i have, is that some programs are programmed to show at x/y 0. they ignore the windows taskbar when shown on top at all and i always had/have to move them down. a very good example is navicat, they programmers still open windows quite randomly.
So my question is if and then how i can use one main devider to simply have all programs to respect the taskbar on top and display in a correct manner. it would be also cool to force them to not go off-screen on bottom.
thanks for any help!

Hello _pi.
Did you try to use the "Restrict placement" feature?
You can find more info about this feature here and here
Best regards.
