Hey,
Whooooooooo! Finally! 
No more problems with Actual Window Manager 7.4
Been running for over an hour now and all good.
I believe it was really fixed with 7.3, specificly this:

(ActualWindowManagerShellCenter.exe). This should increase the speed and
stability of this feature. Also, now it works natively on 64-bit systems;
that should result in better handling of native 64-bit applications. |

Edit: OK now running Nvidia Driver 310.70. 
Will see what happens.
Edit 2: OK been 7 hours now and still working great.

Still broke for 7.4 and the newest Nvidia drivers for me. Ignore Deactivation does not work. If I disabled 2D surround and run 4 monitors seperately, all is fine, but as soon as 2D surround is enabled, nada.
