You've mentioned many different problems since your first message.
Your current problems are:
1) display number 3 is resetting to a blank screen
2) it's impossible to set two different flickr slideshows on two monitors
3) flickr slideshow picture search is limited
Am i right?
Normally, you should be able to set different flickr slideshows and the search shouldn't be limited. Obviously, there are problems with flickr slideshow on your PC.
Could you send us you configuration files again, since you have these new problems. Please, add a link to this topic the email.

Sent the files. AWM is constantly resetting to Screen 3 static. Reloading the configuration will temporarily return it to what I want.

Sorry for the such long delay.
Could you adjust the background settings in AWM the way you need it (with different slideshows on all monitors), then press apply. As i understand, first time after you apply the changes, the background slideshows are displayed correctly. Then, when the background on the display 3 resets to that static default picture, go to %APPDATA%\Actual Tools\Actual Window Manager\Wallpapers and open the Composed.jpg file.
See, what background pictures this file contains. Does it contain the last correct background or does it contain the current background with one of the displays reset to the default pic?
Send us this Composed.jpg file.
