This just started happening to me with version 8.11.2. Was working fine with the previous version (8.11 or 8.11.1)
Haven't yet tried the suggestions in this thread

Could you describe the problem itself more detailed?
What OS are you running (version, 32- or 64-bit)?

I was able to resolve the problem. The reason I couldn't at first is because the task bar wouldn't appear at all, so I wasn't able to turn off autohide. There was also no way to get to Actual on the icon tray. But I noticed that after first logging on, the Actual task bar would appear for a few seconds before disappearing. So I was able to quickly open the menu and click on Taskbar-->Taskbar on Monitor 2.
Still no idea how it got turned off in the first place

If the taskbar is hidden, then I can't access the system taskbar tray. But it's all fine now.
