Hello gentlemen.
Mike, is it the system taskbar on the screenshot? Deleting this registry key can't remove the icons from the system taskbar.
As workaround: Place shortcuts on the desktop for those programs that you can't pin and then try to pin it again.

No, that's not my system taskbar. I have 3 monitors.
Pinning from the desktop does give me the option to pin and unpin the shortcut, however, the icons still do not stack correctly for Spotify, Trillian, and Windows Media Player. Even so, doing it this way somewhat of a hack as they should all have the pin/unpin option in their right click menu.

Of course this looks like a hack, but it's just workaround, which you can use until we fix this issue.
About not stacking correctly. What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)? Have you tried ?

I encountered the same problem again, now I cannot pin some windows to AMM taskbar.
Using beta is not an option as release have a bunch of bugs to live with already.

Andrey, what applications do you experience the problem with? Does the adding the shortcut on the desktop or the system taskbar solve the problem?

Unpinning and pinning are definitely screwed up, in the ways people have been describing in this topic. I'm on AWM latest version. Please make this high priority to fix. It's fundamental usage for AWM.
