Steps to reproduce:
- Click on an arrow to expand icons in the task bar if they are not visible
- Start a task. As example, I just selected AWN with Right mouse click, Info - About.
Expected behaviour:
- The window appears on the same as used Taskbar monitor
Actual behaviour:
- The window appears on different fr om the used Taskbar monitor
A similar issue happens when open a task that has on-screen quick access bar (like Cisco Jabber).
It's very inconvenient, because you need to review all monitors to find out wh ere it's opened and after that move it to the desired monitor.

Is the option "Move to monitor > Having mouse pointer" enabled in Default Settings in AWM (Configuration module > Window Settings > Default Settings > Startup > Move to monitor)?

No, the "Move to monitor" is not enabled in that menu.
