Hello. I have renewed my license.. paid and my credit card has been chrged by actual tools and I have repeatedly requested a license key as my current one does not work and I have NOT recieved one in email. I have provided an alternate email address (I have two) and still have not gotten any response... all I get is a popup stating my subscription has expired with a button to enter new license key or renew license (I did renew) but can't enter a new key I never got in email. PLEASE REPLY AND SEND THE KEY TO BOTH EMAILS I SPECIFIED!

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I've replied to your first email on November 24th, but apparently my email didn't come through. I've just replied to your second email and sent the previous reply again to both your main and alternate email addresses. Please see if you get them now.
