Do any other Actual Tools program extra title buttons appear in these applications? Do you have any other extra title buttons enabled for these applications in the settings of Actual Tools program?

What exactly our product you're running (name, version)?

Could you send us your Actual Tools program configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (Actual Tools program configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Please add a link to this topic in the email.

Could you specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).
