Does anyone know how to hide the arrows that bring up the title bar commands on windows? I want nothing to be in the title bar. I never use those commands.

Hello, Chris.
As I understand, you're talking about the Grouping button. To remove this button from the particular window you should disable it in the corresponding settings (Default or Specific) in the Configuration module (Configuration module > Window Settings > Default Settings/particular Specific Settings > Title Buttons tab > Show the grouping button option).
