using version AMM 8.2.1
windows 7 pro,
chrome version 38.0.2125.111 m

using the application icon in the taskbar minimise chrome.
restoring the window using the same process (clicking on the application icon within the tool-bar) causes the window to black out and become unresponsive.
check enclosed picture.

window can be restored from said state only by using the restore /minimise button at the top right of the window.
