I tried what you said to do Zardoz but it doesn't seem to be having any positive effect, the problem still persists. Thanks for trying to help though!

It's support@actualtools.com and/or amihalkin@actualtools.com. In the email please specify- your OS version;
- OS bitness;
- Actual Tools product name; and
- its version.
