Thank you for working on this!
I've updated to the latest beta (June 30), and I can't even run Total Uninstall if AWM is running. If I close AWM, run TU, then run AWM again, some TU dialogs are handled by AWM, but the main TU window is not.
Also with this beta, I cannot run SoftPerfect WiFi Guard ( ). I get an "access violation" if (and only if) AWM is running.

Thank you for reporting the issue, Scott!
Please specify what happens when you are trying to run TU while Actual Window Manager is running (nothing/error message/...?) and send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support) with a reference to this thread.
