One last thing (this is the last time, I swear =P):
When I replace the primary taskbar with Actual Multiple Monitors taskbar some of the icons pinned I have disappear, is there a chance to put keep them?

Alan, do not hesitate to ask all the questions that you have and report all the problems you encounter using Actual Tools products!
You should pin those applications one more time to Actual Multiple Monitors taskbar.
