Yesterday my two screens worked but today when I started up my laptop, my child screen is black. I've checked all the hardward connections and the child screen is working with a light on to show it is powered. But it seems to have lost the signal. Can you help me get it working?

What our product are you running (name, version)?
Could you also specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit)?
