After startup System task bar looses it colour and goes black...
My system: Windows 8.1 pro/x86 and taskbar extensions: Classic Shell 4.0.4

It would seem they are still working on it if you still have this issue on 8.1.3
Will add a link to your post to this post which contains error for 8.1.2

The issue is fixed in the recently released update 8.1.4. Please check it out.
