After instaling actual window manager. I can no longer use the language bar with in my task bar to switch languages. when it click on the "EN" (English) the option opens and closes very rapidly and does not allow be to select anything. I would like to switch languages without disabling actual windows manager. I do not mind that any functions associated with the windows manager do not change because the language tool bar should not effect that anyways.
