Hey, I've had the AMM for the 30 day trial and purchased a registration key. I entered the key into my trial version to upgrade it and received a confirmation email for my registration However my AMM still keeps telling me to upgrade with the pop-up every time I start windows and is shown as an "Unregistered version" when I open the program I'm running the lastest version, 5.1.1.
Can you shed some light on this?

I purchased a new key and registered it, and it works now. So is there a way for me to get a refund for my first purchase?

We've sent you two emails from support@actualtools.com notifying that your registration key is valid on 23 and 24 may.
Make sure that these emails have been delivered to your email address and that your email is configured the right way and doesn't block the emails from support@actualtools.com and sales@actualtools.com.
Do you have other e-mail address to check if the emails from support@actualtools.com and sales@actualtools.com will be delivered to it?

I did receive those emails, explaining that I had to check if I had the right version and the right program.
I confirmed the program and version was correct and even downloaded it again to be sure, still without it working.
