Hello Eric
Are you always able to reproduce the problem?
Can you see this behavior with other applications than Outlook?
Does every item show this behavior or does it depend on the order of the item in the list?
Best regards.

We are seeing nearly the same issue, but for us it happens when we have numerous windows open and are closing several windows in rapid succession.
Our environment: AMM is installed on a Windows Server 2008R2 Server running Remote Desktop Services. Our users connect to the server from Windows 7 SP1 32-bit workstations. Each workstation has two monitors and both are used with Remote Desktop. This issue appeared after upgrading to version 5.0.4.0;
Below are XML copies of the two Application Log entries that appear with each crash. The only difference between the two log entries is the exception code: in the first event, the exception code is 0x0eedfade; in the second the exception code is 0xc000041d.
The faulting application is always ActualMultipleMonitorsShellCenter64.exe. The faulting module is always KERNELBASE.dll; the fault offset is always 0x0000000000009e5d.

Hello Gentlemen
I was able to reproduce the problem with Outlook windows. It happens upon closing two windows in very rapid succession. And the second must be the active window, as i can see.
Can you confirm this?
Jonathan, what applications have you noticed the problem with?
Best regards.
